Payment – Payment is to be made in full by electronic bank transfer once a booking has been approved prior to commencement of service. Booking alone will not guarantee you a spot .You can use PayPal for credit card Payment . ALL regular services are invoiced monthly in advance, with credits being issued in the next month for any services appropriately cancelled by you. We are a small family business and we thank you for your understanding on this matter.
Cancellation (Regular weekly dog walking clients) – ISocial Pets are generally flexible with changing/cancelling /adding walks. However, you are required to give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation of any service, by phone call or SMS. Any service cancelled out with this agreed timescale and method will be liable to payment in full.
Cancellations (All other clients) – Fees do apply once the service has been confirmed. A cancellation Fee of 50% of the total invoice will apply. If cancelled up to 7 days prior to the commencement of the service. If cancelled within 7 days of the commencement of the service then 100% of the fee is payable.
Insurance – ISocial Pets hold public and product liability insurance whilst your pet is in its care. However it is your responsibility to ensure that adequate pet insurance is in place. ISocial Pets do not accept responsibility for any accident, loss or injury howsoever caused. If your pet falls ill or is injured during the time it is in the care of ISocial Pets, our representative will provide a high quality of care, and every attempt will be made to contact you on the telephone numbers provided. In the event that our representative believes that your pet needs veterinarian assistance, we will contact your vet from the information that you have provided. If, for any reason, your vet is unavailable, we will contact an alternative vet. Any costs incurred as a result of treatment by, or consultation with a vet, will be your responsibility entirely. We would also ask that you make your vet aware of this and the fact that we have been contracted by you to carry out pet services.
Access – In the event that there is a problem accessing your pet, which is not the fault of ISocial Pets, the full fee for the service will still apply.
Damages – Whilst ISocial Pets takes all due care and precautionary measures, should your pet cause any damage or injury to any other animal or person or property, then ISocial Pets will not be held responsible.
Security/Safety Breaches by Others – ISocial Pets will not be responsible for any breaches of security or safety caused by tradesman/visitors/or any other persons visiting your home.
Privacy Statement – Any information you provide to us will be kept confidential and will not be shared, sold or exchanged with any business or individuals not associated with ‘ISocial Pets’. We may however disclose any information about you and your animals to law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies should we be required by law to do so.
Waiver and Release of Liability – The undersigned releases ‘ISocial Pets’ and its workers and agents, from all liability and indemnifies ‘ISocial Pets’ from any and all claims of every kind and nature whatsoever, arising directly and indirectly from my pet(s) participation in activities or use of service, including any legal claims and medical expenses.
